Data Processing Addendum

For personal data processed through silahq, the customer acts as the data controller and silahq acts as the data processor, processing data only on the customer's documented instructions.

silahq processes personal data solely to provide the service — enabling agents to read context and take action — and as otherwise instructed by the customer in writing.

The customer authorizes silahq to engage subprocessors to deliver the service. We maintain a current list of subprocessors and provide notice of changes, with the opportunity to object.

silahq implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and audit logging, to protect personal data.

Where personal data is transferred across borders, silahq relies on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
